Being in nature literally grounds us to feel more at ease, allowing us to release anxiety and stress.
Because we are a part of nature, all living things nourish our mind, body, emotions and spirit.
We receive the elements (earth energies, fresh air, pure waters and sun rays) through our daily lives, and also from the food we eat. Plants also grow and thrive because they receive sun, air, nutrients and waters from the earth; then animals, including ourselves, ''receive" the elements through that which we consume. This is why, the quality of air, food and water (and anything) we put into our bodies, affects the life energy of how we feel.
Ask yourself, "Am I feeling the emotions of Love or Fear?" Then pay attention to how tense your body is. You can then make the choice to be more aware of what you are putting into your body, and how often you have connected with the Earth's Elements lately, to help re-balance your body, mind, emotions and spirit.
I am grateful for the fruitfulness of Spirit, dedicated to living with Joy, Love and Respect for All.
I respect traditions and ceremonies that Give thanks for the Gift of Life.
I live in gratitude for Creator God, Source of All, Universal Spirit,. I believe the awareness of a Universal desire to seek Love & Light is a unifying truth for bridging gaps between religious traditions that were founded by ascended masters who have achieved self-realization of their own sovereign divinity.
I am grateful to the Source of All, Creator God, also known as Sophia Christ Consciousness, for our experience of Life on Earth, born of the Cosmos, as One with Light & Love of All Things.
Born in the image of God-Source, we are Creative Beings with Heart & Soul, a Spirit of Life, an energetic force of Creation, of Light, that lives as a Sacred Jewel of Love within our Heart.
My body is sacred, a temple, divinely designed and connected with the Resonant Frequencies of the Earth, a Oneness of God-Source~Creation Of All. Therefore being in nature is healing to my Divine Cells, My Self.
Among my journey of Life on Earth, I realize Nature is alive and thriving, nourishing my being. Therefore I give thanks for the Earth and all its creatures, animals, trees, plants and Elements that help all things grow, flow and thrive.
In receiving nutrients and Elements from the Earth, Sun, Air and Waters, I am grateful for the Gift of Life and the Living Spirit Of All that is within me and all around me, connecting everything.

* A journey to remember who we are, where we've come from and to imagine who we can become.
We are a part of Nature's Divine Intelligence.
How energetic we feel (our vitality), is related to the thoughts we think, the emotions we feel, and that which we put into our bodies...
Embodying feelings of Love allows our bodies, our cells (ourselves), to be at ease... rather than stress of dis-ease.... therefore
"Breathe & Receive all the nourishment that will help you be the best version of yourself" ~ from the book 'Spirit Of All Things'
2004, I feel paralyzed in a conscious night terror facing fear in a battle with darkness, combated with love and light in my heart. I have faith I will come out of this nightmare that feels so real, and when I do, I ask myself, “How did I get here and what am I going to do about it.”?
I grew up in southwestern Ontario among one of the most gorgeous environments I could have wished for.
I was in the country, on a river, with a forest and four siblings to play with and be challenged by. Just like the river of life flows wild and free, I ran around, filmed home movies for fun and climbed trees as an adventurous spirit exploring the outdoors. My youth was joyous with laughter and exciting adventures. I was on top of the world.
Then in 2004 I was studying psychology in university when my carefree spirit of the social butterfly felt like it was put into a cocoon. Swimming in a sea of confusion I was in a battle with the duality of my mind to reclaim the joyousness of my heart.
Finding myself in loneliness, I wrote poetry with prayerful intent asking for help 'To The One Who Knows'.
I was catapulted into a spiritual awakening. Nature became a sanctuary where I sat quietly with a sense of hope while seeking a way out of this dark night of the soul.
I began to wonder if I was grateful for life or complaining in my thoughts, running away from the potential within me. I questioned why the world is the way it is and why I was taught what I was taught.
Slowly, I realized I was playing a part in creating my reality. My attitude, beliefs and perspectives were influencing the world around me.
While completing my studies I focused on Psychology of the Self with a presentation of unity for religious and spiritual traditions that share ceremony in Gratitude for a life of meaning, Light & Love.
It wasn't all sunshine and rainbows. Through the struggles of my human journey, I deepened in a grateful realization for the fruitfulness of Spirit, lighthearted Bliss of Surrender, Trust, Love, Light & Joy.

My Eye to the World ~ Continued Below
On New Year’s Day 2007, I had a vision while listening to music. As the voice in the song sang, “I’m hungry but I can’t eat”, I pictured starving people being offered food and water. As the voice sang, “Promises, have a conscience”, I imagined the banks of city centers being a hub of celebrating culture and art.
I had found my calling, visual storytelling was powerful. I bought a camera and went back to my old highschool to use computers and cameras in the communication lab. I filmed a story inspired by a contest called ‘Education 2020” where I went into classrooms and asked the students what they wanted to learn in a changing world of technology. They had ideas. They are visionaries.

June 2007, I’m surrounded by school children at a ‘Heritage Days’ festival in my hometown along the river I grew up on. Something exciting is about to happen so I pull out my video recorder.
For the first time in my life, I see (the portrayal of) Chief Tecumseh step in front of the crowd as children look up with listening ears. A revered Indigneous leader speaks, “Do you not see your life is hanging by a thread? Maybe you better learn to live off the land, the way my people once knew how… and as the sun rises each morning, give thanks for the gift of life, the joy of living and the very breath in your body”.

Right then and there, I understood that Ancestral (Indigenous) cultures that live in reverence for nature, are so valuable to connect with. My life would never be the same.
Re-ignited with a fire of determination to share what I was beginning to understand, I found myself on a mission to share stories through film and art.
I moved to Vancouver to film the Olympics in 2010 where I awoke to the first nations strength of standing in solidarity for unceded land and to stand up for sovereignty in the face of adversity.
"Love Is" ~ Video below
Filmed in Vancouver BC, 2009 with an indigenous 'aboriginal music studies class
As I travelled around the world, I was continually reminded of the sacred, reverent way of life that indigenous cultures share. I learned about music and storytelling as a way to pass on wisdom to the children, and for the community to learn knowledge of survival and to be grateful for the Great Spirit of Life.
Along my journey, any moment I faced fear or darkness, I had a guiding Light through the Spirit of my Soul.
I eventually discovered that my life was leading me to the light-hearted bliss I experienced as a child; to be young at heart, happy and free. So I started writing stories and lyrics to bring the magic and beauty of nature to life.
In this current world of strange times, if we can all have an extra taste of joy, of childlike innocence, and a little more peace of mind, and if we help kids explore their imagination and intelligence, they can find their nature and sense of balance.
I'm sharing my story to inspire the joy of playing in the woods and waters of the world, so we are grateful for Gift of Life, and not only survive, but truly rise and thrive in our abundant potential among the sacred gardens of Heaven on Earth.
Who are you here to be? What is it that Lights you up?!
The world is ready for you to live your dream and share your message with the world.
Blessings, Blessed Be ~
